How does the process work?
  1. All you have to do is CLICK any button that says “Get Started" or "Register Your Company”. 
  2. You’ll a get short form to fill in. It’s nothing intrusive - It’s just so we can get to know you better e.g. name & contact details   
  3. Then you can make a small payment of R250 (down 65% from our normal price of R850 - ONLY if you register before discount period ends)
  4. After that, you’ll just have to submit a copy of your ID.
  5. That’s all you have to do.

Which type of company should I register?
  1. Private Companies (PTY Ltd): The most common and simplest form of company to be registered. Examples are engineering firms, consulting firms, retail and general trading companies.
  2. Non Profit Companies (NPC): Are created for public benefit, or communal or group interest. A NPC requires at least 3 founders.
  3. A Personal Liability Company (Inc): Required by doctors, auditors and lawyers. Personal Liability is similar to a private company however directors have personal liability.
  4. Co-Operative (Co-op): A jointly-owned and controlled enterprise created for the purpose of achieving common economic, social, or cultural needs.
How long does it take to register?

It takes 21 working days to register. The 21 day turnaround time applies to applications that are complete and compliant with the requirements of the grade the contractor is applying for. Grade 1 applications only take 48 hours to be processed and for registration to reflect on the cidb website.

Can I get refund if I'm not happy with the service?

If you are not happy with the service, you can cancel anytime and we'll refund your money.
